The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine is proud to share Priyabrata Mukherjee, PhD, FRSC, FAIMBE, FAAAS, FCRS, FNAI, professor in the Department of Pathology, on his selection as the next Chair-elect (2025–2026) and future Chair (2026–2027) of the College of Fellows for the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE)—one of the most prestigious honors in the field of medical and biological engineering.
Mukherjee is an internationally recognized scientist whose groundbreaking research bridges the fields of cancer biology, nanomedicine, and biomedical engineering. He holds multiple distinguished appointments at OU, reflecting the breadth of his impact and leadership:
