This AAMC-Cook Ross, two-hour evidence-based workshop will help participants explore how their assumptions impact behavior and choices around communication, patient care, innovation, hiring, promotion, education and building organizational culture. Training is provided for students, faculty and staff associated with the Oklahoma Health Center.
