Ethical Tribal Engagement
Native Nations Center, OU Norman Campus
Tribal and university collaborations: from principles to praxis and sustainability.
Join Center for Faculty Excellence in collaboration with Tana Fitzpatrick, OU Associate Vice President of Tribal Relations for a workshop focusing on tribal/university collaboration. Drs. Hiratsuka, Blanchard and Cox will share case studies on how they apply key principles of ethical engagement in their work. Attendees will have a chance to brainstorm practical steps to create mutually beneficial research partnerships. We recommend attending Tribal Engagement 101 in September or self-enroll in the OU canvas course, Ethical Tribal Engagement, to see previous presentations. This event is open to all but is limited to 30 participants.
