The OUHSC Qualitative Methods Community of Practice (QMCOP) and the TSET Health Promotion Research Center invite you to submit an abstract for presentation at the annual Colloquium on Qualitative Health Sciences Research.

Non-presenters are also welcome to register and attend in-person or online. Registration and attendance are free. The QMCOP aims to build the OUHSC’s capacity and reputation in employing excellent qualitative research methods in the health sciences.

The 2024 Colloquium offers opportunity for students, trainees, public health professionals, faculty, and community members to present studies that are either completed or works in progress. Abstracts will be accepted for oral presentation (hybrid) or poster presentation (in person only).

Registration and Abstract Submission Deadline: March 15th, 2024
Acceptance Notification: April 1st, 2024

This will be a come-and-go event!

Oral presentations (hybrid) and poster presentations (in person only).

Parking: Use the parking garage and take a ticket, beside building 655. Ticket validation will be available
inside conference hall by HPRC Admin Staff.

Lunch: A catered lunch will be provided for all in-personattendees (vegan and vegetarian options
available).

Awards: $250 Student and Trainee Prizes for best poster presentation and oral presentation (2 prizes
total)

Conference Proceedings: Abstracts will be published in conference proceedings and available on the Oklahoma Shared Clinical and Translational Resources website https://osctr.ouhsc.edu/QMCOP
